Aarush Vardhan Mehta represents the kind of engineering leadership students aspire to learn from.

With over a decade of hands-on software engineering experience, Aarush built his career from writing backend APIs for enterprise applications to leading scalable digital transformation projects for global organizations.

His journey began after completing his B.Tech in Computer Science, when he joined Infosys as a Software Engineer, working on enterprise automation platforms for banking clients.

Recognized for his architecture thinking and strong Python fundamentals, he transitioned to Cognizant, where he developed Flask-based microservices and workflow automation systems.

Seeking deeper product engineering exposure, Aarush moved to Adobe India as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to cloud-connected document workflow systems, API integrations, and internal automation frameworks.

His career reached a major milestone when he joined Amazon as an Application Development Engineer, where he worked on scalable backend systems, monitoring automation, distributed services, and developer productivity tooling.

Despite professional success, Aarush noticed a recurring issue while interviewing fresh graduates:

Strong degrees. Weak practical engineering skills.

Many candidates understood syntax but struggled with:

This became a turning point.

Instead of continuing exclusively in corporate leadership, Aarush chose to move into technical education with a mission:
